Globalization Project Management Suite (GPMS) Launched

Globalization Partners International (GPI), a provider of document, website and software globalization services, announced the launch of its new globalization project management platform or GPMS. GPI’s Globalization Project Management Suite(SM) is an online project management tool which assists GPI’s Account Teams with all project management duties including:

  • Status reporting that can be generated in the form and frequency requested by clients
  • Project schedule and budget tracking to ensure projects stay on time and within budget
  • Customizable information fields, so GPI can monitor any other information requested from clients
  • A fully integrated quality control feature for projects using online checklists to ensure proper QC is conducted on document, website or software projects.

“GPI has built our project management suite based on over 18 years of collective experience within the management staff in organizing and running effective localization projects, and in developing and using other such tools,” says Martin Spethman, GPI’s Managing Partner. “GPMS will allow us to track and manage hundreds of localization projects, clients and vendors each year, and will greatly enhance our ability to effectively manage our client’s accounts and provide them information on demand and in real time.”
