Adobe and GPI Deliver Webinar on FrameMaker and RoboHelp

It is my pleasure to present to you a webinar both GPI and Adobe collaborated on this past week. Oana Diaconu one of GPI’s Senior Desktop Publishing Strategists presents with Maxwell Hoffmann of Adobe® to discuss best practices for how to review documents for both FrameMaker® and RoboHelp® in Adobe Acrobat®.

This webinar addresses what Oana calls the old way versus the Adobe® Technical Communication Suite (TCS) 3.5 way. The old way being how one may review a document with or without PDF which in the past would slow down the process of fixing the content in English or a target language.  In addition, the webinar addresses the tools used and demonstrates how to comment correctly in Acrobat and FrameMaker and Acrobat and RoboHelp.

Acrobat, FrameMaker and RoboHelp collaborate in Adobe Technical Communication Suite (TCS) extremely efficiently which reduces the amount of time spent analyzing and trying to figure out annotations and comments in a PDF.  TCS users can then spend more time focusing on the quality of their document. Here at GPI we urge you to take advantage of this wonderful feature in Adobe® Technical Communication Suite (TCS) 3.5 and reduce time spent on LQA comments which will in turn reduce cost of the project and definitely save you some headaches!

Please see the link below to the referenced webinar and enjoy the many best practices for review in Acrobat® provided by Adobe and GPI.
