RightNow Website Translation Connector - Plugin

Globalization Partners International, a provider of comprehensive document, software and website translation services, has released a RightNow Connector which enables users of the RightNow CX Suite to initiate translation workflows with a single click and gain access to an array of reports to track and manage global translation projects in over 100 languages from Arabic to Spanish. The GPI RightNow Connector allows users to engage directly with their customers in their language through great social, web and contact center experiences.

The connector is a plug-in RightNow CX Suite users can install on the client side that extends the standard RightNow CX client UI. It allows users to send content (Answers and Attachments, Products/Categories/Disposition, etc.) for translation, manage quotes and import back completed translations.
