Amazon sellers are getting help in the form of Project Amelia. This AI assistant, currently in beta, launched on Thursday, September 19th Ā to select US sellers, andĀ is geared to help them grow their e-commerce business.

Project Amelia will provide sellers with tools to manage and help grow their businesses. After the initial rollout, Project Amelia will be available across the US. Amazon also plans to make Project Amelia available in other countries in multiple languages, later this year.
Sellers will be able to ask the AI assistant how their business is doing and receive metrics that will report on web traffic, sales, comparison between years, and other valuable reports that will aid in a seller knowing how their business is doing and what they need to do to grow and be profitable.
That is just the start of what Project Amelia will offer. Aiming to reduce the time and effort a seller needs to dedicate to growing their business, they will now be able to focus more on building better products and customer service.
