Sponsoring Translators Without Borders… Translating for Humanity
Translators without Borders is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization (TIN 27-3840123) which helps to provide more knowledge to more people in the language they need it. Since early 2011, Translators without Borders has translated just under 10 million words for humanitarian non-profits worldwide. That is $2 million USD in translations that non-profits put back into their programs.
Samples of their fine work include training new translators in Kenya to increase the pool of available Swahili translators, aiding Kenyans during their elections by translating SMS messages and helping Syrian refugees get critical information in Arabic.

Much of Translators without Borders work is done on the African continent. Globalization Partners International, through its offices in Dubai (UAE) and Cairo (Egypt) provides translations for documents, websites and software to and from many of the African languages ranging from Amharic to Swahili.
